And then there were three...
Lucy Louise "Lulu" Ferrante
Born on June 23, 2009 at 9:27 a.m.
6 lbs 9 oz, 19 inches
The C-section was surprisingly fast and easy. Neither Nat nor I could tell what was happening on the other side of the curtain until we heard a little squeak and quiet cry... I joined the crying while Nat went to the warming table to see our girl for the first time. LOOK AT THAT FULL HEAD OF HAIR.
While I was being stitched, a very proud dad brought Lulu over so I could meet her.
Welcome to our lives, little Lu! We love you to smithereens.
