Lucy, in the 3rd person.

Today's journal entry from the nanny included a little bit of conversation between she and the small one.

Nanny: Lucy, do you want to go to the park today?

Lucy: NOWAYNOWAYNOWAYNOWAY.

Nanny: No way?  Why not?

Lucy: LUCY DOESN'T LIKE THE SWING.

Yes, Lucy will be spending this Earth Day indoors.  Happy Friday, everyone!

I love that she talks in the third person. Too cute! Glad that she is better as well,sounds like u had a very scary time:(

It was bound to happen eventually given Elmo's strange linguistic habits, right? Now I'm picturing an entire generation of third-person talkers.. I mean, Meg is picturing an entire generation of third-person talkers. And Meg is delighted.
