4 months old

In the wee hours of the morning when Lucy woke up – AKA 7:30 a.m. – we did her 4-month photo shoot. This was by far the most fun. She is so alert and interactive. Literally the moment I took her 3-month photos and published the blog post, she became a new girl. She talks non-stop with all kinds of new syllables, sounds and roars, she smiles and laughs so much (which is the best thing ever), and is fully able to grab her toys and bring them to her mouth. Yep, everything goes in her mouth. Oh yea, except a bottle or a bink. I think she’s fully aware of what we’re trying to accomplish with the bottle and pretends she can’t do it. She’s very smart. I think I heard her up last night sneaking out of her crib to play a few rounds of online poker and make herself a sandwich.

She has also mastered tummy time… get ready to pass out from absolute Lucyness.
