Nat once explained a theory to me: Infinite monkeys hitting keys on a keyboard infinitely will at some point type War and Peace.
OK I butchered that and Googled the real text. It's the Infinite Monkey Theorem (damn monkeys) and it states: a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter keyboard for an infinite amount of time will almost surely type a given text, such as the complete works of William Shakespeare.
As I mentioned in a previous post, Lucy is enamored with anything we touch or hold. If I'm on the phone, Lucy wants it. If I'm watching TV, she must have the remote... And I often let her have it (because you know, I promised). I never thought she'd be able to accomplish anything just hitting buttons at random, but I once caught her on my blackberry Twitter app replying to @asomelofske. I have also been wondering when Nat got into obscure travel shows, but no. That was Lucy adding them to DVR.
She was on my computer and typed the following... I mean, it's no William Shakespeare, but I get the feeling she is trying to communicate...
She also recently picked the G, I, and N keys off of Nat's keyboard. *GULP*.
